We had Nery and his team come out to clean our RV/camper, which had been infested with mice.  It was a big job, with mice droppings everywhere, nests, and residue from dead mice.  I did not know if it would be possible to clean it, but I thought to try out the company based on a recommendation from a friend.  Nery and his team thoroughly cleaned and sanitized the camper from top to bottom, including the furniture, appliances, cabinets, drawers, bathroom, storage units, everything!  They got our camper clean, sanitized, and looking better than when we bought it, but most importantly, they got it back to where it could be used again.  The price was also much less than another quote we received.  We are thankful for Nery’s assistance and outstanding work.

It was in unlivable condition with excrement and urine covering the basement bedrooms and bathrooms due to dogs and breeding. There were mice through the entire house with feces. Nery's team came in after we removed a truck load of debris and they were able to turn a dangerous living area into a beautiful house again. They accomplished this over a two week period. Nery's prices are fair and his team was exceptional and very kind to my family member. She is now six months since the cleaning and she continues to thrive in a clean environment.  Verified We had to have the water pipes replaced in our condo.  Between the plumbers cutting out drywall to find/get to/replace the pipes and the drywall repair crew cutting the drywall to fit the gaps left by the plumbers and sanding the mud, there was a HUGE amount of drywall dust throughout the condo.  (About 1700 sq. ft.) It was a horrid mess.  We hired Professional Heavy Duty Cleaning Service to clean everything -- I do mean everything -- and shampoo the carpets.  They did an excellent job.  Not only did they do the walls, they got into all the nooks and crannies created by a fully furnished place with pictures, book shelves, and nicknacks -- including my George Mason University Final Four bobbleheads.  They vacuumed clothes in exposed closets, dusted the plants, and even cleaned the skylights.  Did I say they did an excellent job?  They did.  They worked hard to finish before their initial estimate.  Nery was very professional and his crew were very respectful of our stuff.  The service is not cheap, but we definitely got our moneys worth.  I would highly recommend them.

 Verified I highly recommend the services of Professional Heavy Duty Cleaning Service lead by Nery and his team, most of whom were family. I had some serious foundation work done on my two-story home resulting in the need for a deep cleaning of the entire home before it could occupied again.  Nery was able to meet with me quickly to do a walk through of the property advising me each step of way as to what he thought I needed as well as responding to my stated needs. After a substantial meeting, we agreed upon a price and start date. We met on a Friday and the work was scheduled to begin on the next Monday.

Sometimes one has to take a leap of faith and my faith in Nery and his team was so justified given the end results. Because I could not be present during the clean-up, we communicated via phone, text, and photos. He kept me appraised during each phase of the project. Upon completion, I met him for the final walk through. The results exceeded my expectations. It was a pleasure working with his company and meeting his family members who were part of the team assigned to the project.

 Verified This was quite the chore.  Oscar, Maria, Diego and the rest of the team did a wonderful job.  A "smoker's" home that had not been cleaned in a very long time.  From floor to ceiling.  Verified Nery and his crew were so thorough in their cleaning.  He explained everything they would do and kept us informed on their progress.  Carpets that had many pet stains looked almost new, bathrooms were sparkling clean and the windows were clear.  They took care with all of the furniture and replaced everything where it was.
